Site Inspection
Your Argonautica Travel Sales Manager will organize your familiarization trip so that you can experience a wide range of accommodation, activities and services in one of the oldest cities in the history of mankind.  We will arrange round-trip airport transfers, accommodation for the duration of your stay, and a wonderful tour of the city of Athens targeting selective hotels, landmarks, and event venues for you to choose for your groups upcoming visit.

Incentive program/Contest management
This service will make it possible for us – once your customized incentive program is ready – to design for you an electronic or paper flyer, using this specific marketing material to announce the contest to the prospective participants.  Through a private website, we can keep track of the participants’ performance, and follow a pre-organized motivation program to enhance productivity.  The successful program winners will eventually have the ability to customize their trip to include everything from airline tickets to special needs such as dietary restrictions. 

Website Construction
A private event website will be created to provide all program information and enable on line registration for participation.  This website can be linked to your companies website or be independent.

Program Agenda
Argonautica Travel can prepare your guest program agenda and deliver it to them upon arrival at their hotel.

Program Marketing
Using our local and international media contacts we can undertake to market your special event and be responsible for all event communication requirements.

Shipping Arrangements
Argonautica Travel can make all shipping and customs arrangements for any program material you would like to ship to and from Athens.

Hospitality Desk/Registration Services
Argonautica Travel representative(s) can provide knowledgeable staff for your hospitality or registration desk to assist your group with program details and local information.
